Full disclosure: I was starved and this was handy. I worked in a Wendy's when I was in high school and I'm still generally a fan as far as fast food. This location was not up to par. Fries were bland. Pole in drive through made it difficult to maneuver. And I really could have done without the up selling in the rain. Just take people's orders and move on.

Whoever Shamyra is, she REALLY Needs to be fucking fired. That's the name on my receipt so i'm assuming that's the big nasty bitch that was in the drive thru today, and on other weekdays when i've had the unfortunate task of dealing with her nasty ass. . Obvi, Wendy's doesn't read Yelp, because this location is the WORST. GHETTO, GHETTO, GHETTO. Never in my life have I had to deal with someone who grunts fucking animal noises at you when you're talking to them EVEN TO YOUR FACE. I cannot BELIEVE this Wendy's is even still open. Hire people that WANT TO WORK!!!!! /GHETTO!!!!!

Left without getting our food. We were asked to "hang on a sec.." before placing our order and then 10 minutes later we get to the window only to find out their credit machine wasn't working. Terribly slow people working there.

The only reason I continue to go to this Wendy's is because I love Wendy's! Generally, at least my food is fresh! but without fail my order is NEVER correct!!!!!!!! The customer service is non-existent! The employees seem to care more about getting off then helping customers! I've walked in and been actually asked to show what was in my bag! Really?? Usually if you mess up my order I shouldn't have to show the contents of my bag! Then when they find out they mess up..I almost never get an apology! how hard is it to get a two item order correct??? The only reason I can guess this Wendy's stays open is the brand! I suggest firing all the employees or sending them back to training!

Worst service. Nobody cares if you go in or drive thru. Plus I ate a double cheeseburger 2 days ago and I've been puking ever since. Either someone had the flu and was handling my food, or I have food poisoning from their nasty burger. They don't deserve to be open.

I was a walk in customer I waited 1 hour for my combo meal while the workers were talking about having relations with each other in the bedroom about the time I got the meal it was cold!! How can this place still be open
